Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in Kannada to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries, offer support, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer queries and make outbound calls to follow up or share updates.
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Basic communication skills in English or other languages are a plus.
• Good listening skills
• Basic computer and typing skills.
