What we are looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Human Resource to drive end to end requirements for our Human Capital
management.
What you’ll be doing:
o Manages talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
o Conducting Induction and onboarding for the new joiners in the organization
o Develop training and performance management program that ensures
o Set up KRA & KPI for the team & follow it thoroughly
o Conducting Exit interviews and taking appropriate actions on the feedbacks and suggestions given
o Coordinating with the stake holders and department heads and understanding the manpower
requirement
o Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, grievance and conflicts
o Ensure all employment practices comply with government rules & regulation
o Workforce administration process including work time, leaves & Absenteeism, hiring & termination
process
o Preparing reports for the stake holders
o Ensure that processes are set and are followed
o Partner with department heads to address performance gaps and facilitates discussion and set up a
process to take appropriate action
o Overseeing companies social media presence and suggesting improvements for the same
o Envisage future outcomes based on steps taken in present
