Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with PHP Laravel framework and related technologies like WordPress, MERN, etc. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, analyze business needs, and define project objectives and deliverables. Translate requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during project execution. Ensure effective communication and timely escalation of issues to stakeholders as necessary.
• Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Conduct thorough testing and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Regularly communicate project progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, both internal and external. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and project management. Recommend process improvements, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Strong expertise in Laravel framework and PHP development.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and client management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
