Job Description:

  • Managing BPO/KPO projects in E-publishing, Content Solutions, Media, Telecom, and others.
  • Handling of Onsite and Off-shore transition following the Transition methodology and processes. Business report documentation, process mapping, process improvement through lean and continual improvement.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Scheduling assignments to achieve the pre- set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
  • Adhering to business performance matrices to extract optimum performance in terms of quality and quantity.
  • Documenting reports from time-to-time for the purpose of submission to top management for strategic decision-making; tracking variations in terms of operational variables, conducting Quality Checks of all reports.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Mentoring, motivating & managing the team members thereby attaining business growth.

Job Specification:

  • Postgraduates/ Engineers with 5 – 10 years of industry experience.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in E-publishing.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
