In this role, you will directly assist senior executives by managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive’s schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle and prioritize all correspondence and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Assist with special projects and research
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external parties


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
