We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bangalore Urban. As a Junior level position, the role requires a full-time commitment. Candidates are expected to have between 1 to 3 years of experience in front desk management and related responsibilities within a professional setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least one year in a front desk or receptionist role, in a professional environment.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette, ensuring polite and professional interaction at all times.
- Excellent visitor management skills are essential to maintain a smooth and welcoming reception area.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy in entering and managing information.
- Strong professional communication skills, including verbal and written forms, are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Must be proactive, with a friendly demeanor to greet and assist visitors and staff effectively.
- Capable of handling stressful situations with calm and composure, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees when they arrive at the office.
- Manage all incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary materials.
- Receive and distribute mails and deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely logistics management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining confidentiality of records.
- Coordinate with the office staff to ensure proper office maintenance and supplies inventory management.
- Provide general office support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and personal interactions.
