Responsibilities
- Contact new or existing customers to inform them about our Tours.
- Handling Client related queries and issues.
- Follow Up with new and existing clients.
- Maintaining the database in CRM/Excel.
- Gain quick knowledge of our Products provided by the company.
- Understand the needs of the prospects and guide them accordingly.
- Answer the questions and concerns of New and Existing Clients.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Requirements
Strong Communication in English & Marathi
Listening skills to understand the speaker
Should have Microsoft Excel basic knowledge.
