- Good technical background in product area is desirable
- Good presentation skills
- Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas.
- A degree in business studies would be an advantage.
Job Description
- Finding new customers through Indirect Sales Team and constantly expanding the business through Local Cable Operators.
- Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
- First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
- Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field.
- Knowledge of handling the channel sales and direct sales.
- Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met.
- Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
- Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
- Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
- Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
