Job Overview

The Voice Process and Backend Process position is designed for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM software to efficiently document customer interactions and manage data accurately.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by following established procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for quick resolution.
  • Assist in backend operations by performing data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay updated on company products, policies, and services.
  • Contribute to team performance and achievement of service standards and operational goals.
