We are looking for vacancies for an experienced VISA Counsellor who wants to become a Visa Expert by managing B2C Clients in Visa Documentation processing.
Responsibilities
- Expected to understand the visa requirement of the tourist and guide them with proper information & documentation process.
- Handling tourist queries over the phone & emails and daily follow-up with the clients. Also helping in filling out the visas and passport forms.
- Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
- Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers.
- Provide necessary updates and coordinate with clients/customers for any missing requirements.
- Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
Requirements
- Experience between 4 - 8 years.
- Candidate with relevant experience with a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Good Communication Skills Necessary Visa Processing knowledge of significant countries.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Marathi.
- Geographical knowledge is a must.
