Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Uni commerce

Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years in E-commerce operations with Uni commerce

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing

operations through Unicommerce.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in order management, inventory

handling, vendor mapping, and report usage within the Unicommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Item Master Management:

Create and manage Item Master for single products and bundled items.

Ensure product details are accurate and updated.

Vendor Mapping:

Set up and maintain correct vendor associations with SKUs.

Ensure proper routing for procurement and fulfillment.

Inventory Monitoring:

Regularly check and verify Good / Bad inventory status.

Perform stock audits and coordinate for discrepancies.

Listing Checks:

Manage SKU linking and unlinking for marketplace listings.

Ensure proper visibility and product mapping across platforms.

Report Utilization:

Use various Uni Commerce reports for order, inventory, and performance analysis.

Generate insights and assist in operational decision-making.

Purchase Order (PO) Creation:

Create and manage Purchase Orders for restocking inventory.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely procurement.

Gate pass Creation:

Create Gate passes for inbound and outbound inventory movement.

Ensure compliance with warehouse and vendor protocols.

Bulk Sale Order Creation:

Upload and manage bulk sales orders into the system.

Ensure smooth processing for high-volume transactions.

Picklist Creation:

Generate and manage Picklists for warehouse dispatches.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient picking.

Put away Process:

Manage and execute Put away tasks for newly received inventory.

Ensure proper bin mapping and storage accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of hands-on experience with Uni Commerce.

Good understanding of E-commerce backend operations.

Basic command over Excel.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.

Familiarity with marketplaces Amazon
