Role Overview:

The Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end solution design, technical strategy, and implementation of the solution.. This position combines responsibilities for Solution, Application, and Technology Architecture, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable platforms for seamless service delivery.

Experience Required:

Minimum 10-12 years of Architecting experience in enterprise or large-scale eGovernance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the design, integration, and implementation of the Solution digital experience platform, aligned with business and enterprise goals.
• Analyze requirements and stakeholder needs to produce technical blueprints and scalable integration patterns.
• Select, evaluate, and govern technology platforms, middleware, cloud services, and tools to support interoperability and extensibility across modules.
• Define and enforce application structure, coding standards, development frameworks, and lifecycle management practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure technical standards, security, and regulatory compliance are part of solution designs and delivery.
• Develop system diagrams, interface specifications, and architectural documentation to support ongoing operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage technical constraints, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and optimize reusable application components, APIs, microservices, and SOA patterns for high-volume citizen services.
• Guide development teams on secure coding, technology risk mitigation, and compliance to state and national regulations.
• Monitor emerging technologies, evaluate new tools, and recommend improvements for future-ready architecture.
• Foster smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the platform.

• Document, manage, measure, and continuously improve solution delivery processes in line with Standard Maturity practices.
• Integrate risk management, configuration management, process monitoring, and quality assurance into solution development as per standards
• Conduct assessments and recommend improvements to achieve maturity goals.
• Facilitate process and product reviews to ensure standards compliance and promote best practices.

Qualification:

Min education: MSC - IT/MCA/B.Tech/BE from a reputed institute
