Position: Social Media Manager

Years of Experience: 1-2 Years

Budget: 20-30k Per Month

Location: Rohini sec 8

Working days: 5

Timings: 10:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Note: Candidate Must have their own laptop to work on.

Scope of Work :

● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

● Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, short-form

videos, blog snippets).

● Run and optimize paid ad campaigns where necessary for Meta, Google and

Whatsapp Marketing.

● Manage day-to-day community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and foster

organic and inorganic engagement.

● Ability to create engaging content for the brands assigned.

● Ability to manage upto 6-7 brand accounts at once.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions,

ROI).

● Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand

messaging.

● Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes.

● Manage content calendars, monthly analysis reports to ensure consistency and

timeliness.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Brand Manager/ Social Media Manager or in a similar digital

marketing role.

● Experience with social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Whatsapp Ads, Google Ads,

LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a necessity.

● Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.

● Ability to create and edit visual/video content (Canva, CapcCut etc. ).

● Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.

● Data-driven mindset: able to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing digital landscape.
