**Key Responsibilities:*

* Maintain an updated Excel/Google Sheet of all influencer collaborations.

* Record post dates, pending deliverables, dispatch status, and campaign timelines.

* Follow up with influencers when instructed and ensure deadlines are being met.

* Coordinate dispatch of helmets/products with the plant and track shipment status.

* Assist with social media tasks such as creating stories and managing basic engagement.

* Clear routine messages and maintain communication systems in an orderly manner. (Especially Instagram DMs)

 **Requirements:**

* Strong coordination and organization skills.

* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

* Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram)
