Job Title: Sketch Artist – Decal & Graphic Design

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sketch Artist with strong expertise in decal-size graphic designing. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of converting concepts into accurate, production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality sketches and graphic designs specifically for decals and related applications
• Ensure accurate sizing, scaling, and alignment of decal designs as per requirements
• Develop creative concepts and transform them into final artwork
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback and technical constraints
• Coordinate with production/printing teams to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain consistency in design quality and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sketch Artist or Graphic Designer
• Strong knowledge of decal-size designing and layout accuracy
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools 
• Good understanding of colors, proportions, and detailing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive, product decals, or industrial graphics
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and material limitations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, based on experience and skill set
