Job Description: Senior Software Developer

Location: Sector 20, Gurugram (Hybrid/Remote options considered)

Experience Required: 5+ years, ideally with Full Stack development experience and work on startup or small teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking an autonomous, experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing team. You should have deep expertise in either Frontend or Backend development (ideally both), and a strong desire to broaden your skills across the stack. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting scalable, high-performance web applications for our CLIV platform.

Our Tech Stack -

Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Shadcn UI, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Responsive Web Applications -

Backend: TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM

Database: Microsoft SQL Server

Cloud: Azure (primary), AWS (secondary)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and APIs using our stack.

• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment and support.

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices.

• Handle Level 2 support: investigate and resolve escalated technical issues

• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Deep expertise in either Frontend (React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks) or Backend (NestJS, TypeORM, SQL Server).

• Strong understanding of relational database design and query optimization.

• Experience building responsive PWAs and/or scalable backend services.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (or AWS).

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

• Full-stack development experience.

• Experience with Shadcn UI or similar design systems.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with supply chain or quality management domains.
