Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated SAP FICO Implementation professional to join our team in Faridabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and configuring SAP FICO modules within our client organizations to enhance financial and operational efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in SAP FICO Modules (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage financial accounting and controlling aspects.
  • Technical skills in SAP Configuration (Mandatory skill) to customize financial processes as per business requirements.
  • Implementation Experience (Mandatory skill) in deploying SAP solutions in live operational environments.
  • Strong financial & Accounting Knowledge to provide accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in Asset Accounting for managing fixed assets, depreciation, and asset lifecycle seamlessly.
  • Experience in Data Migration, crucial for transferring historical data into SAP without errors.
  • System Integration skills to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other existing systems and processes.
  • Problem-solving personality to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP FICO modules and ensure smooth integration with clients' existing financial systems.
  • Customize SAP configurations to meet the unique financial needs of each client organization.
  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data during transition.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to maintain system stability and address any technical issues.
  • Stay updated on SAP advancements to continually improve the system's effectiveness and user experience.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP processes and configurations.
  • Prepare thorough documentation for all configurations, processes, and any system changes made.
