  • Competency in handling email responses to ensure rapid and accurate client communication.
  • Capability to prepare and monitor the delivery schedule, ensuring timely shipments to clients.
  • Organizational proficiency with attention to detail for handling multicentric business activities efficiently.

  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with vendors to facilitate smooth purchase operations.
  • Manage vendor data and ensure its accuracy for seamless procurement processes.
  • Prepare and manage various client-related documents, ensuring precision and timely updates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client coordination, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Draft and handle email responses to clients, ensuring clarity and timeliness in communication.
  • Prepare delivery schedules for clients and ensure timely and correct delivery of services and products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment in operational execution and vendor management.
  • Assist in driving process improvements and efficiencies within the sales purchase domain.
