Qualifications and Skills

  • Skilled in lead generation techniques, including outbound campaigns, referrals, and networking to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Competency in using CRM software to track sales activities, maintain client databases, and analyze sales trends for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and contracts that benefit all stakeholders and align with organizational goals.
  • Strong performance analytics capability to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and develop actionable insights for refined strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand the clients.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the sales team, fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow productive client relationships through regular communication and attention to client needs.

  • Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, manage the sales funnel, and generate insightful reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members to enhance productivity and outcomes.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and client expectations.
