Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Noida. This full-time position is suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are looking to leverage strong communication, coordination, and client management skills in a fast-paced IT industry environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in handling clients and managing presentations for multiple stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Inside sales expertise focused on lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion of prospects to clients.
- Tele sales experience with the proven ability to nurture leads, conduct follow-ups, and handle sales calls effectively.
- Proficiency in client servicing, ensuring timely response to client queries and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience as a sales coordinator, supporting the sales process, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service orientation to resolve issues, address feedback, and ensure a positive customer journey throughout the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain regular communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
- Support inside sales operations including lead generation, follow-ups, and tracking client communications for conversion opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft Office tools as required by management.
- Handle client queries while providing professional and prompt service to foster strong business relationships.
- Organize and manage sales meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared in advance.
- Update and maintain CRM records by accurately logging all sales interactions and client data.
- Liaise with internal departments such as HR, payroll, and compliance to ensure timely delivery of service solutions to clients.
- Monitor sales targets and assist in the achievement of departmental goals through efficient coordination and client management.
