Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our team in West Delhi. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will handle front desk operations and visitor management, ensuring efficient communication and smooth appointment scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in front desk operations to efficiently manage day-to-day reception activities (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with visitor management systems to ensure seamless processing and assistance (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong record-keeping skills to organize and maintain important documents and correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
- Skilled in data entry with accuracy and speed to update and maintain information databases.
- Efficient appointment scheduling capabilities to manage and coordinate meetings and schedules effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication handling.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with necessary materials.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate records of these activities.
- Perform data entry tasks and update records or databases as required to ensure accurate information retrieval.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments in document preparation and handling.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures for data protection and confidentiality regulations.
- Support in organizing company events or meetings by handling logistics and participant coordination.
