Job Overview

As a Junior Purchase Executive, you will be based out of West Delhi with a full-time commitment. You will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, vendor relations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing to support smooth business operations.


Location: Janakpuri East

Years of Experience: 2-4 Years

Salary: 28-30k Per Month

Working Days: 6

Timings: 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM


Qualifications and Skills

  • Procurement (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to execute procurement processes, manage sourcing, and ensure timely and cost-efficient purchases.
  • Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Strong experience in identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Excellent negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing, favorable terms, and ensure supplier reliability.
  • Inventory Management: Capable of managing stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring uninterrupted supply and accurate inventory records.
  • Purchase Orders: Experience in generating and tracking purchase orders, managing order documentation, and closing purchase cycles efficiently.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel for creating reports, analyzing procurement data, and maintaining accurate purchase records.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, vendors, and other departments to ensure clarity and smooth workflow.
  • Documentation: Strong attention to detail for maintaining comprehensive records, contracts, purchase invoices, and compliance-related files.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of material and service requirements.
  • Source, select, and evaluate potential suppliers or vendors, maintaining a reliable and diverse supplier network.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality goods or services.
  • Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track order status, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and maintain up-to-date purchase records using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with accounts and compliance teams to verify payments, handle purchase documentation, and support audits.
