We’re Hiring | Plant HR – Palwal

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plant HR professional to manage on-site human resource operations at our Steel / Metal Sheet Manufacturing Plant in Palwal. The role focuses on manpower management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations at the plant level.

Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant HR operations, including attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding for plant staff, operators, technicians, and contract labour.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and coordinate payroll inputs with HO/accounts.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.).
• Manage contract labour and vendor coordination at the plant.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and support shop-floor discipline and productivity.
• Coordinate with safety officers to ensure safety compliance and statutory registers.
• Support management during audits, inspections, and labour authority visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plant HR / Factory HR in a manufacturing setup (steel industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR practices.
• Experience handling blue-collar and contract workforce.
• Strong communication, coordination, and employee-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a plant environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
