Job Title: Performance Marketer

Salary/Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, data analysis, and conversion optimization, with a focus on driving measurable business growth through performance marketing strategies.

This role is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in paid marketing or strong foundational knowledge with practical exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and dashboards
• Manage budgets and ensure optimal utilization of ad spend
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
• Prepare performance reports and insights for management
• Track funnels, user behavior, and conversion journeys

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience in performance marketing / paid advertising
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and campaign optimization
• Understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on growth metrics

Eligibility

• Graduation in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge, certifications, or internships may also apply
• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR (work from office role)
