Job Overview


We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for its Faridabad location. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure consistent compliance for our diverse clientele within the IT industry.


Location: Faridabad sec 58

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Budget: 8-9 LPA

Working Days: 5.5 Days ( Alternative Saturday's are off)

Timings: 9:00-6:00 PM


Qualifications and Skills


  • Payroll Processing (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end payroll processing for mid-sized to large organizations, ensuring precise and timely disbursement of salaries and statutory deductions.
  • Compliance Management (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance, related government filings, and adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • End to end handling payroll (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to independently handle all aspects of payroll including salary calculation, bonus computation, and employee reimbursements from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of up-to-date payroll laws and regulatory requirements affecting payroll administration, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax provisions.
  • Experience in handling gratuity calculations, leave encashment, bonus settlements, and other standard statutory benefits for varied employee levels.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies, resolve employee queries, and manage escalations effectively within tight timelines.
  • Expertise in benefits administration, including onboarding and removal of employees from insurance schemes, provident fund, gratuity, and related benefits.
  • A keen eye for process improvement, driving accuracy and efficiencies in payroll operations, and delivering enhancements to payroll processes and documentation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all assigned clients or in-house, ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll runs each cycle.
  • Review monthly payroll inputs, reconcile data, validate changes, and resolve discrepancies before processing salary disbursement.
  • Manage statutory compliance activities including timely deposit of PF, ESI, TDS, and filing of related returns as per statutory deadlines.
  • Prepare salary registers, payroll reports, and reconciliation statements for finance and audit purposes, maintaining complete and accurate documentation at all times.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, reimbursements, benefits, and deductions; provide expert guidance and prompt issue resolution.
  • Process final settlements for exiting employees, including gratuity and leave encashment payouts, and ensure all clearances are complied with.
  • Support process audits, participate in implementing policy changes, and partner with HR and finance teams to enhance payroll and compliance systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline existing payroll processes, contribute to automation initiatives, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
