Job Overview

The Payroll Finance Manager is a full-time, mid-level position based in Faridabad. The successful candidate will oversee payroll operations, manage payroll compliance and ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and statutory obligations. This role is crucial in maintaining payroll efficiency and supporting compliance for our diverse client portfolio.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong expertise in payroll management with extensive experience in handling all aspects of payroll processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Deep working knowledge of HRMS or payroll software, with proven ability to manage, update, and troubleshoot systems effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of taxation and statutory deductions to ensure accurate salary disbursals and compliance (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in end to end payroll processing, from data collection to final salary credit, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Proficiency in compliance documentation for audit trails and maintaining meticulous records required by regulatory bodies.
  • Strong grasp of statutory compliance, particularly PF, ESI, and TDS with hands-on implementation for mid to large-size teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain payroll accuracy and adhere strictly to deadlines, minimizing delays and errors in disbursal.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor law compliance and its application to payroll functions within the IT sector and related industries.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee entire payroll cycle from data collection to salary processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at every stage.
  • Administer and manage HRMS/payroll software, updating parameters for salary structure, compliance, deductions, and advances.
  • Ensure timely and precise calculation and disbursement of salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and incentives for all employees.
  • Handle taxation, deductions, and submission of related statutory returns, including PF, ESI, and TDS, within stipulated timelines.
  • Prepare and verify payroll reports for management review and compliance audits, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain all payroll and compliance records in accordance with company policy and statutory regulations for seamless audits.
  • Liaise with HR and finance teams for payroll-related queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, adapting payroll operations as needed.
