Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Executive to join our Steel Manufacturing company in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order to cash process including billing, client and vendor billing, accounts receivable, and collections while ensuring accuracy and timely revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Order to Cash operations from order receipt to payment realization
• Prepare and process customer billing and invoicing
• Manage client billing and vendor billing as per agreed terms
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for timely collections
• Perform receivable reconciliation, aging analysis, and reporting
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing
• Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing standards, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate records and MIS related to billing and receivables

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of experience in order to cash, billing, and accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and receivable accounting
• Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing industry
• Preference for candidates from steel or heavy manufacturing background
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or similar
• Understanding of GST and statutory billing requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
