We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Steel / Metal Sheet Manufacturing Company in Faridabad. This is a junior-level, full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, and data management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, sales, inventory, and dispatch.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain and update Excel-based trackers and dashboards.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams for data collection.
• Support management with data analysis, summaries, and presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company processes.
• Assist in identifying data gaps and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or Data Support role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations such as production, inventory, and dispatch (preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
