We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a full-time executive position in Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating expertise in the coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects, with exceptional leadership and technical acumen.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with BIM Coordination tools (Mandatory skill), ensuring accurate multidiscipline integration and clash detection for all MEP systems on complex projects.
• Advanced skills in Autocad (Mandatory skill) for creating, reviewing, and revising detailed MEP engineering drawings according to project needs.
• Deep understanding and hands-on application of HVAC Design Principles (Mandatory skill), essential for designing and validating robust building systems.
• Experience using Revit (MEP) for 3D modeling, documentation, and the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout project life cycles.
• Strong command of HAP and Carrier E20 software for accurate load calculation, system sizing, and energy analysis within diverse environments.
• Solid knowledge of fluid mechanics for designing and troubleshooting piping, ducting, and hydraulic systems within large infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and client relationships for successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, oversee budgets, and ensure all project documentation meets compliance standards and client specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management and execution of MEP systems, including planning, design, coordination, installation, and commissioning for large-scale construction projects.
• Supervise and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of BIM and Autocad workflows throughout the project phases.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align technical specifications, resolve site issues, and maintain project timelines.
• Review engineering drawings, tender documents, and technical submittals for compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements.
• Drive quality control, risk assessment, and safety compliance to mitigate potential project delays or failures.
• Monitor project progress, control budgets, oversee resource allocation, and produce regular status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers in advanced design tools, HVAC principles, and best practices in project management.
• Liaise with procurement teams, review vendor qualifications, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with the project schedule.
