Job Description – Marketing Specialist


Summary:


We are seeking a talented Digital B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset to develop and execute successful campaigns. The Digital B2B Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:


▪ Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote B2B products and services utilizing various channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

▪ Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and implementing lead nurturing tactics to facilitate customer acquisition and retention.

▪ Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.

Manage content calendars and ensure consistency across all channels.

▪ SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility. Manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

▪ Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics to refine tactics.

▪ Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance measure KPIs and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.

▪ Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative services to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Communicate marketing strategies, project timelines and performance updates to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

▪ Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

▪ Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

▪ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

▪ Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and develop compelling content.

▪ Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:


▪ Master’s degree in marketing or related field.

▪ Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).

▪ Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

▪ Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models.

▪ Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.

▪ Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
