Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Service Lead Delivery to join our team in Delhi. As a full-time position, this role demands a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management, customer relationship management, and team leadership. As part of the junior position level, you will play a crucial role in managing service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • proven experience in project management to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
  • strong expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
  • effective team leadership skills to guide and motivate team members towards achieving goals
  • excellent incident management skills to efficiently handle and resolve service disruptions
  • analytical problem-solving abilities to identify solutions swiftly and accurately
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
  • ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • must have familiarity with E commerce industry practices and service delivery standards


Roles and Responsibilities

  • oversee service delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and services
  • collaborate with teams to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • provide leadership to the service delivery team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • monitor and report on service delivery metrics and continuous improvement opportunities
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
  • develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer experience
