Job Brief

We are looking for a professional IT Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate organization’s IT operations. Will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of the CRM Application, Billing System, Website

• Being the SPOC for process related issues and changes

• Vendor co-ordination for enhancements/bug fixing for Billing, CRM and website

• Delivering timely solutions and services to stakeholders and customers

• Monitoring SLA management to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value

• Efficiently utilization of all available resources in IT Operations team (people, systems, knowledge) to ensure timely, cost efficient and quality delivery to stakeholders

• Stakeholder and Team Management

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SQL operations and query/functions writing and operations. (mysql/MSSQL)

• Good writing skills specifically Business requirement documents

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

• Leadership and organizational skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B. E) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; and a minimum of 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Have working experience of more than 5 years in the IT domain.
