Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Import–Export professional for our Faridabad location. This is a mid-level, full-time position where the selected candidate will play a critical role in managing banking instruments, trade finance operations, documentation, and international transactions. The role requires strong expertise in bank guarantees, letters of credit, and finance documentation, along with the ability to ensure compliance, risk control, and operational efficiency across all import and export finance activities.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in bank guarantees, finance import–export operations, and documentation management
  • Exceptional ability to handle and manage finance-related documentation with accuracy and regulatory compliance

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Hands-on experience in letters of credit (LCs) and international trade banking procedures
  • Strong understanding of international trade finance products and banking instruments
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis, trade finance evaluation, and performance assessment
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks in import–export operations
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory policies, banking norms, and compliance frameworks governing international trade

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and process all import–export finance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global trade regulations
  • Coordinate and manage the issuance, renewal, and closure of bank guarantees, ensuring all contractual and banking conditions are fulfilled (Mandatory responsibility)
  • Oversee the preparation and management of letters of credit (LCs) and maintain continuous coordination with banks
  • Monitor all financial transactions related to import and export operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of discrepancies
  • Liaise with international clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and financial institutions to streamline finance operations
  • Analyze financial performance, identify risks in import/export processes, and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare finance reports and MIS for management review and decision-making
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve compliance standards
  • Stay updated with changes in banking regulations, trade policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring organizational adherence to all applicable laws and standards
