2) Good Communication skills.

3) Playing a role as Bridge between Client & Sub Vendor.

4) Need to work as key player.

5) Able to close client requirement with in the Timeline.

6) Having a good knowledge about Recruitment Process.

7) Able to handle the escalation part.

8) End to End Recruitment Cycle.

9) Vendor Coordination.

10) Work on project .
