**Key Responsibilities: **

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for our B2C team.

- Cultivate positive employee relations, addressing inquiries and conflicts to maintain a supportive work environment.

- Implement performance management systems and development plans to support employee growth.

- Coordinate training programs and initiatives for skill enhancement.

- Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- Plan engaging activities to boost team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Administer employee benefits and leave programs efficiently.

**Qualifications: **

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the retail/ Clothing sector.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Positive attitude and commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
