We are seeking an experienced Head Of Finance (CA) for our executive team in Faridabad. This full-time role requires 20 to 25 years of work experience and is pivotal in overseeing all financial operations, shaping financial strategy, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in manufacturing and listing companies along with extensive experience in dealing with auditors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Listing company experience, providing in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in publicly listed environments (Mandatory skill)
• Manufacturing company experience and knowledge of sector-specific financial management and cost controls (Mandatory skill)
• Dealing with auditors and coordinating comprehensive audits to ensure transparency and regulatory adherence (Mandatory skill)
• Financial reporting expertise, including statutory and management reporting, to support business decisions and stakeholder communication
• Group consolidation experience in managing the financial accounts of multi-entity or group structures with precise accuracy
• Proficiency in SAP for financial planning, analysis, transaction processing, and reporting across business functions
• Financial planning ability to forecast, create budgets, and develop strategies that drive growth and stability
• Risk management skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to safeguard company assets and value

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all aspects of the financial operations, ensuring effective management of accounts, budgeting, and finance teams
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal guidelines
• Prepare and consolidate group financial statements, handling the complexities of multi-entity organizations
• Implement and monitor effective financial strategies to optimize growth, profitability, and resource allocation
• Supervise and coordinate internal and external audits, interfacing with auditors to address queries and findings
• Manage financial risk by developing robust controls, monitoring exposures, and ensuring mitigation plans are in place
• Drive financial planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting, to support organizational goals
• Utilize SAP for efficient financial processes and ensure systems are optimized for organizational needs
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions and drive operational excellence.
