The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in helmet design, 3D design, and advanced software proficiency to create innovative and functional helmet concepts.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth experience in the helmet industry with a strong portfolio reflecting product development and innovation (Mandatory skill).
• Robust understanding of 3D design techniques and manufacturing processes relevant to helmet production (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive software proficiency with industry-standard tools for 3D visualization and graphic design (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of Coral Draw to create detailed vector illustrations and helmet prototypes.
• Proficiency in Illustrator to develop creative helmet branding, graphics, and detailed surface renderings.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite for high-impact presentations, concept drafting, and design refinement.
• Experience in surface designing, capable of integrating aesthetic and functional elements based on ergonomic and safety requirements.
• Excellent understanding of design principles to ensure visually appealing and technically sound helmet designs aligned with market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative helmet designs from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand identity and industry standards.
• Utilize advanced 3D design skills to visualize, iterate, and finalize helmet concepts suitable for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and practical helmet solutions.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and graphic assets required for the fabrication and testing of helmet prototypes.
• Conduct market research to monitor latest trends, materials, technologies, and competitor products within the helmet industry.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Develop detailed artwork and surface graphics for helmet exteriors, accommodating both functional and aesthetic client requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal design processes, provide creative input in team workshops, and mentor junior designers as needed.
