Join our team as a Fresher for the Day Shift International Process at our West Delhi office. This full-time, junior-level role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in sales and customer interaction while supporting international business operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with international clients over voice calls and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every conversation.
  • Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill) required to drive outbound sales processes, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth through effective persuasion and product knowledge.
  • Outbound sales experience (Mandatory skill) is essential for handling B2B or B2C calls, generating leads, and closing sales with international customers.
  • Active Listening abilities to understand client concerns, respond appropriately, and build strong long-term relationships with customers from different cultures.
  • Time Management skills are required to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet daily and weekly performance metrics efficiently.
  • Problem Solving capability to address customer queries, provide solutions promptly, and resolve escalations with a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in voice process will be an advantage, as the role focuses on communicating through international inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, committed to continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients during day shift, ensuring all communications meet company standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets by promoting solutions and services to potential customers on international calls.
  • Identify customer needs, upsell relevant products or services, and build rapport for increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document call details accurately, update customer records, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints, queries, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive outcomes for both client and company.
  • Collaborate with team members, sales leaders, and supervisors to achieve team goals and ensure seamless process flow.
  • Adapt to new sales strategies, scripts, and best practices periodically based on business requirements and international trends.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and contribute feedback for ongoing process improvements to enhance team productivity.
