The Finance Import Export role at Faridabad Location. It is a full-time, mid-level position based in Faridabad. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing banking instruments, finance operations related to imports and exports, documentation, and facilitating international trade transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in bank guarantees, finance import export, and documentation, with these being mandatory skills required for the role (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience in managing letters of credit and familiarity with international trade banking procedures to facilitate secure transactions between parties.
• Exceptional ability to handle and manage all types of finance-related documentation efficiently and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in analyzing financial statements, trade finance products, and evaluating financial performance to make informed business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate various financial risks associated with import and export operations through effective risk management strategies.
• Strong communication skills for clear coordination with banks, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve queries and support seamless workflows.
• Capacity for continuous process improvement in finance operations and documentation to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times.
• Detail-oriented approach and thoroughness in compliance with regulatory policies governing international trade and finance documentation management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process all documentation related to import and export finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global trade regulations.
• Coordinate and manage issuance, renewal, and closure of bank guarantees, and ensure all conditions are met throughout the process (Mandatory skill).
• Oversee the preparation of letters of credit, maintain regular communication with banks, and track the progress of each transaction effectively.
• Monitor financial transactions related to imports and exports, ensuring on-time execution and addressing issues or discrepancies as they arise.
• Collaborate with international clients, suppliers, and financial institutions to resolve queries and streamline finance operations seamlessly.
• Analyze and report on financial performance, identify risks in the import/export process, and propose risk mitigation strategies to management.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, leveraging financial analysis and industry best practices for greater operational efficiency.
• Keep updated with changes in relevant banking regulations, global trade policies, and ensure internal compliance with all applicable standards and policies.
