Job Description:

Aqualite is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate must have expertise in receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management.

Key Responsibilities:

Receivables Management:

Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.

Conduct regular reconciliations and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Analyze credit risk and implement effective collection strategies.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.

Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Purchase Management:

Oversee vendor payments and manage purchase invoices.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Work closely with procurement teams to optimize costs and efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

1-3 years of experience in accounts & finance roles.

Strong knowledge of receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
