Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Export Manager for our Delhi office. This is a full-time position aimed at professionals with up to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role centers on managing export operations, ensuring seamless documentation, and fostering strong international trade partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in export documentation (Mandatory skill), ensuring compliance with both international regulations and internal policies for accurate shipment processing.
  • Extensive experience in order processing (Mandatory skill), coordinating with vendors, clients, and logistics stakeholders to ensure timely and error-free execution of export orders.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade (Mandatory skill), including INCOTERMS, export-import regulations, and global market protocols.
  • Proven capability in logistics management, with the ability to align shipping schedules, optimize transport costs, and resolve shipping-related issues efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities, both with clients and service providers, to secure favorable trade terms and optimize overall export operations.
  • Experience in sales negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial deals and fostering long-term client relationships in international markets.
  • Solid understanding of contract management, from drafting and reviewing agreements to ensuring full compliance and minimizing contractual risks.
  • Hands-on experience in order fulfillment, tracking orders from initiation to delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the export cycle.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage complete export cycle including order processing, coordination, and timely shipment execution.
  • Prepare and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, and other statutory paperwork.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, logistics partners, and customs departments.
  • Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with international clients regarding orders, queries, documentation, and delivery updates.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs regulations, export incentives policies, and statutory norms.
  • Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation including bank submission under LC/TT.
  • Maintain export records, MIS reports, and shipment files.
  • Coordinate with the production, finance, and warehouse teams for order planning and dispatch.
  • Resolve any shipping, logistic, or documentation issues that may arise.
