Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant, Female, to provide executive support to the Director. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Faridabad, Palwal. The role demands a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage travel coordination and director reporting efficiently.


Job Position: Executive Assistant

Gender Preference: Female

Salary: 40-50k

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Timings: 9:00- 6:00 PM


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be a Qualified MBA (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in travel coordination with a focus on logistics and itinerary management (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for efficient interaction with internal and external stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in managing schedules and tasks while directly reporting to the Director (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability in calendar management to effectively plan and organize appointments and meetings.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Experience in expense reporting with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tracking and documentation.
  • Adept at event planning, capable of organizing and executing various corporate functions and meetings.
  • Adherence to confidentiality protocols, maintaining discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and handling travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Facilitate the Director’s interactions with internal team members and external clients for seamless communication.
  • Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all are executed professionally.
  • Track and manage expense reports, ensuring timely submissions and approvals for financial accuracy.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information and adherence to the company’s organizational protocols.
