Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in excel (Mandatory skill) is necessary for effective data management, analysis, and reporting in daily tasks.
  • Expertise in ppt (Mandatory skill) for preparing business presentations, executive summaries, and training materials with high accuracy.
  • Solid experience in MIS Reporting (Mandatory skill) to compile, analyze, and present management information that supports decision-making.
  • Excellent calendar management skills are required to seamlessly coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
  • Proficient email management is essential for handling executive correspondence, flagging priorities, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite is a must for managing documents, spreadsheets, and communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong meeting scheduling capabilities, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and ensuring all attendees are informed and prepared.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support company executives in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business workflow and coordination.
  • Manage and optimize busy calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as per executive priorities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain various MIS reports using excel to support business operations and performance reviews.
  • Create, edit, and design presentations using ppt for internal meetings, client pitches, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and organize executive email accounts, prioritize incoming messages, and respond or flag items as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication at all times.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue booking, agenda planning, and minutes documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive executive documents and company records.
  • Contribute to office management tasks and support broader HR or administrative projects as allocated by company leadership.
