Interview process: 2 virtual rounds of interviews

Any other specifications: Need only real estate ERP sales knowledge/bike or car -means of transport/knowledge about hyderabad location
ERP/CRM Software Sales Manager
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the customer about the software specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
- Solicits information about computer needs from customers.
- Negotiate price for the sale.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
- Advise on appropriate user training.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
- Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase sales
- Ensuring that sales team members follow up with potential customers
- Generating reports and data for sales analysis
- Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team
Sales Manager Skills and qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership
- Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale
- Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including, real estate software
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and people within the organization
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Can join immediately or within 10 days.
- Any graduate with expert convincing skills.
