Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Associate to help us drive customer engagement, retention & revenue through target email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage, retain, and convert customers

• Excellent hold on Email Blasting 

• Will be responsible for generating the Lead from the Email Marketing 

• Write compelling content and design eye-catching email templates that align with our brand guidelines

• Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve relevance and engagement

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and inform future strategies

• Manage email lists and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing goals

• Stay current with email marketing best practices and industry trends

• Perform market research to gain a better understanding of client needs

• Crafting powerful copy that provides value to customers

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Email Marketing process 

• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar, tone, and style

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Sendgrid) and marketing automation tools

• Knowledge of email design principles

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization

• Familiarity with relevant email marketing regulations and best practices

• Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
