Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an electrical engineer with a strong understanding of technical documentation.
• Ability to prepare detailed job cards for electrical projects, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Experience in managing and maintaining master data of all technical documents ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP for efficient project and financial management (Mandatory skill).
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing firm is crucial for understanding industry-specific requirements (Mandatory skill).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in preparing accurate test reports data (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive test reports data and ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain job cards for various electrical engineering projects to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage the master data of all technical documents and ensure they are updated and accurately filed.
• Utilize Tally ERP for handling project-related financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution by providing technical support.
• Conduct regular audits of technical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Identify and analyze engineering problems and propose efficient solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on documentation status and technical challenges.
