Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Rohini, Sector 8, Delhi

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 monthly

Urgency: Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities:

Product listing, pricing, and catalog management across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify etc.

Deal with day-to-day operations: processing orders, managing inventory levels, and arranging dispatches.

Raise and resolve support tickets with marketplace teams

Manage Invoice Generation, Return, and Claim Processes

Monitor your product performance and optimize listings, and prepare sales reports.

Co ordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Ensure the accuracy of products and update catalogues regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.

Good knowledge of Shopify and marketplace dashboards

Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.

Excellent command over English, both in writing and speaking.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and keyword optimization

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Disciplined, well-behaved, and professional in attitude.
