Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Shopify order processing to manage daily online operations for our clothing brand. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory coordination, and excellent customer support while working closely with production and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily orders on the Shopify platform

• Verify payments, customer details, and delivery addresses

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely dispatch

• Update order status, tracking details, and handle returns/exchanges

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements

• Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and variants

• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, and products

• Generate daily/weekly sales and order reports

• Identify and resolve order-related issues and delays

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred)

• Minimum [1–3] years of experience in e-commerce operations

• Strong knowledge of Shopify order management system

• Basic understanding of apparel products, sizes, and SKUs

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

• Ability to multitask and manage high order volumes

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
