We’re Hiring | E-commerce Executive – Dwarka

We urgently require an E-commerce Executive for our Dubai-based consulting company with its office located in Dwarka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing leading e-commerce marketplaces and be capable of handling end-to-end marketplace operations independently. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Dwarka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Urgency: Immediate Joining Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listing, pricing, and catalog optimization across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and dispatch coordination.
• Raise, track, and resolve support tickets with marketplace teams.
• Manage invoice generation, returns, refunds, and claim processes.
• Monitor product performance, optimize listings, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure product data accuracy and regularly update catalogs as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in handling multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and marketplace dashboards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and other computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and spoken English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, keyword optimization, and product visibility.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
