Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior E Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will handle various e-commerce tasks including product listing, order processing, and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about online retail operations and eager to contribute to a growing IT consulting environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with product listings and mapping on Amazon (both bulk uploads and manual listings) for Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts.

• Ability to create variations, bundle listings, and A+ content creation.

• Creating and Handling Amazon shipments.

• Should be analytical and should know average Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables would be a plus point).

• Preparing regular reports: sales, inventory, restock analysis.

• Should have knowledge of Advertisement on Amazon like Coupons, Deals, Price Discounts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy in order entry, timely dispatch, and follow-up on fulfillment
• List new products and update existing items across e-commerce platforms with correct specifications and optimized descriptions
• Handle inventory monitoring, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with supply chain teams for timely replenishment
• Maintain accurate and engaging product content including images, descriptions, and category assignments
• Monitor sales metrics and compile data-driven analytical reports to support business decisions and sales strategies
• Assist with the implementation of social media campaigns, promotions, and advertising to boost online sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing, offers, and availability are updated in real-time
• Resolve routine customer queries related to product listing, delivery, and returns with prompt follow-through
